Accounting Services – available in the Puget Sound area & online:

• Accounting services:
 account reconciliations, month end close, Budgeting, Financial Statement & B&O prep = $60/ hour
• Audit representation before the IRS: $80/ hour (Enrolled Agent #: 00166562-EA)
• Tax Preparation REVIEW: I am not an IRS authorized e-file provider so I am not offering tax preparation services, but I will review your tax documents and prepare a summary you can then use to self-file your return using any e-file planform of your choice – I use https://www.freefilefillableforms.com/home/default.php for my personal taxes:
  • 1040 only (includes Schedules 1-3, A & B, Forms: 2441, 8812, 8863) = $50
  • 1040 + Schedules E & C (plus all the above) = $75
  • 1120S or 1065 with up to 5 K-1s = $200
  • Shareholder or Partner basis computations = $50 each

Planning & Organization Services – in the Puget Sound area & online:

• Personal Project Planning: home projects, parties, coordinating moves – anything you need to reduce your mental load = $70/ hour
• Basic Home Organization: Building a system that works for you, focused on functionality over aesthetics = $45 – $75/ hour need based sliding scale determined by annual income. Income up to $100k = $45/ hour, income range $101k – $150k = $60/hour, income above $150k = $75/ hour
